Best Start, Best Life includes:

• Support from expert recruitment companies to match graduates with jobs
• Financial support for certificate III educators to upskill to diploma and for diploma-qualified educators to upskill to degree qualified teachers
• Individual incentives for eligible educators to move to providers delivering funded three year old kinder and pre-prep in 2025
• Incentives for eligible educators to relocate to take up a role
• Funding for providers to support provisionally registered teachers to move to full VIT registration
• Coaching and mentoring for eligible educators and teachers who return to the sector
