Seema has just completed Certificate III in individual Support at LCEC and gone straight into employment.

This was Seema’s first experience of studying in Australia and it was a very positive one. Seema said the trainers and staff were very supportive. She found the preparation she received for her practical placement particularly helpful.

She was offered work at the placement provider immediately on completion of the placement.

“I feel proud and satisfied when I am able to put a smile on the face of residents when I am caring for them”.

Seema will be a great Personal Care Worker and all of us at LCEC wish her the very best in her new career.
