LCEC students learn AFL with Western Bulldogs
Students in the SEE and AMEP programs have started a series of weekly AFL workshops with Western Bulldogs as part of the CALDPlay program.
Participants learn about Australian Rules Football and practice basic skills in weekly sessions at Curlew Park in Laverton.
It’s a chance for students to pick up some valuable cultural knowledge and improve fitness. At the end of the five week program there will be a gala day at Whitten Oval with CALDplay participants from across Western Melbourne.
Thanks to the Western Bulldogs for supporting our students!
