Participants who complete this program receive a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate from the Victorian Commission for Gaming & Liquor Regulation. In addition they receive a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency SITHFAB021 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol

CHANGES TO THE RSA FROM 1 DECEMBER 2025

From 1/12/2025 Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) is introducing a mandatory online module for the the RSA, Sexual Harassment and Assault, Recognise, Prevent and Respond. After undertaking your RSA course at Laverton, you will need to complete this module before the LCV will issue your RSA certificate.
